Of the time I spend in RA, I normally spend about half my time messing with builds.
Heres one of my anti warrior/ranger builds:
[open slot depending on my mood, normally elite (echo, SoM, power block, diversion, leak)]
empathy
spirit shackles
mind wrack
spirit of failure
distortion
ether feast
res
Spirit shackles and mind wrack work so well together. This combo alone screws many rangers and energy dependant warriors. Sometimes i will bring echo along and echo mind wrack for kicks - the damage output is very nice. Spirit of Failure and distortion together is great as they're feeding you with energy as they're missing.
The clumbsiness and ineptitude build is a fun one as well.

Spirit Shackles Mind Wrack, very nice combo. I'm guessing you spam it for uber massive dmg and low energy cost.

air ele with ether prodigy, blinding flash, and enervating charge is much better. 10 seconds of blind, 3/4 second cast, 4 second recharge. That means you can easily keep warriors and rangers shut down even through some removal, especially if they only have 1-2. If they only have 1 war you can camp the removal rather easily and reapply blind once its gone. Also, you can get a lot of utility from your secondary class - I prefer going /mo and running mend condition and healing breeze (although aura of restoration might be a bit better, its good to have a self heal in random). Mend condition spam can win you games, especially when you come up against gank like what is mentioned in this thread. Blind spam owns warriors, and you can then help get kills with lightning orb/strike.

I don't really like using Blinding Flash much due to the -10 energy exhaustion. That's the main bane of eles, it's that in the first 2 minutes of a battle they rule by spamming massively powerful attacks but once that's done, they run out of energy and get exhausted and can't really do much. When I design builds I always factor in the battle in the long run and also thats why I despise playing eles.

Blinding Flash causes Exhaustion? In my large time playing Elementalist, it had never caused Exhaustion before...
Oh. You mean the huge 15e cost, don't you? Cuz if you're not, I'm gonna faint
Hmm...hazmat, you should near always factor an Elite in. I would put in Signet of Midnight there, for good. EDIT Or maybe Panic.

He said -10 energy exhaustion, he means the literal graybarring. Which is not a factor of blinding flash at all!
So long as you can maintain your energy (either through attunes, dropping the cost by 4 (air) and 7 (ele), or with prodigy), it's a fairly useful skill on eles. With enervating, you can cover the condition as well. The only viable usage as a mesmer though, would probably be on an airspiker with double attune, or some bizarre support build

You're right, it would have to be bizarre.

Does this thread shows evidence that warriors need to be buffed? :P

Nope. They can bring mend ailment on themselves, and this build is completely useless against them in 8v8.
Nobody can even suggest warriors are too weak. For evidence, look at 'Why nuking sucks' for PvP, and the horde of incredibly capable warrior solo builds for PvE.

You forgot to specify, by Ensign.
Even a Warrior swinging his axe around with Frenzy, without any skills, is comparable to the whole concentrated effort of an Elementalist. I can say they aren't underpowered.
That's why they need to be shut down, you see.

Quite a good anti-non-caster build...
Never works for me in arenas since I run into more casters than warriors usually. Thankfully, one-two skills are enough to stuff most warriors..
